Our associates have conducted searches for executives in healthcare, education, cultural and social justice organizations in locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. We perform com- prehensive and exhaustive search to insure successful placement of highly qualified individuals who meet key criteria for their positions. The search is based on information gathered in advance from in-depth interviews with the organization's leaders and other key stakeholders. Input from the hiring supervisor is critical and will be sought throughout the search to determine which prospective candidates qualify to progress from one phase of the interview process to the next. Those candidates who most closely match the ideal profile will be presented to the client.Five Step Search Process-Step 1 is an intake phase during which we meet with key stakeholders to understand the challenges of the position, the technical requirements, attributes and qualities of the "ideal candidate" and prepare a comprehensive profile for the search. -Step 2 is the research and development phase during which we scour the marketplace to identify prospects through promotion, networking and telephone outreach.-Step 3 is an extensive interview process during which candidates are thoroughly screened in person. Professional references are interviewed.-Step 4 is the presentation to the client of candidates who most closely meet the ideal profile for the position. A detailed summary of each candidate is given to the client, and includes career history, management style, professional track record, and insight into personal characteristics and attributes. Resume and references accompany the summary. -Step 5 is the candidate selection phase during which candidates will go through the client's internal interview process. We work to keep the process moving in a timely way and liaise between client and candidates.-The final step is the offer and acceptance phase, which usually is initiated by the client. We help to facilitate the processs and, if desired, assist with negotiation and/or offer. We also are available to support transition issues should they arise. - Information for Candidates- Please continue to check our website for current positions posted and contact us for any that are a match for your talents and skills.
