Rivera served as a Philanthropic Associate with Brimhall & Associates for over two years where she researched potential major donors, developed overviews containing biographical information, reports and organized outlines of the highest prospects including a location grid for an international client to assist the CEO in making visit appointments within the US. She managed all grants research for the team.
She oversaw database information that included adding, editing and coding entries in Salesforce and in Blackbaud’s Raisers Edge for periodic client needs, assisted in developing information to be recorded and prepared reports, developed policies and procedures, oversaw intern assignments and orientation.
She is an experienced manager, a gifted writer and editor, and an innate team communicator. She holds an AA in Communications from Central Piedmont College (GPA 3.4).
In 2020 she returned to her native Columbia and in 2025 completed a B.A. in Political Science and in Communications and Public Advocacy at the University of North Carolina in the US, now focusing on marketing. She now resides in North Carolina, rejoining our team for special projects.
